2010 Rookie of the Year Application: Drivers new to the series who wish to be considered in the season-long competition for Rookie of the Year honors must complete this form prior to competition. Drivers eligible for Rookie standing must be:

- Competed in their first season with the RTM series in 2009 but competed in 4 or less events, and finished outside of the top 15 in overall points.
